Studio S ships worldwide at your door step. We use the most efficient delivery services available to ensure that the package reaches you intact and undamaged.
(a) Time for delivery is given as accurately as possible but is not guaranteed. The Customer shall have no right to damages or to cancel the order for failure for any cause to meet any delivery time stated.
(b) The date of delivery shall in every case be dependent upon prompt receipt of all necessary information.
(d) The Customer is responsible for all delivery charges, duties, tariffs, taxes and other government fees and payments outside PAKISTAN.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Please note that refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. If we receive a worn garment back from you, your return/exchange will not be processed, nor will your used garment be returned to you.
Currently, shipping is available for orders with delivery addresses within Pakistan.
SHIPPING POLICIES & CHARGES
After receiving payment and confirmation, the order is dispatched within 24 hours. Customers are provided with the track code link so that they can track their order. The order reaches the customers in 2-3 working days. Studiosdesigns will bear the shipment costs for all the orders while customers just have to be patient for their package to arrive.
We reserve the right to make changes to this policy. Any changes to this policy will be posted.
We believe in satisfying our customer every time they shop with us. If you are not satisfied with the order, you have the right to exchange clothes within 10 days after receiving them. Returned garments should not have been worn or damaged and should be returned unused in good condition and with labels intact to our Fashion Studio in DHA, Lahore. When exchanging an article you will have to pay for the return freight. We will credit you as soon as the return is back with us, only if the mistake or alteration is caused due to our production team. Original freight cost will not be reimbursed, unless the return is due to damaged goods, or if the return is due to a mistake made in placing the order. If you wish to cancel an existing order you must do so by emailing.

Studio S strives to provide correct pricing information. However, in the event that pricing errors occur Studio S reserves the right to cancel any order containing pricing inaccuracies, regardless of the receipt by you of any order or shipping confirmation.
Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
There will be cancellation charges i.e. 4% of the paid amount; the rest of the amount will be credited to the original method of payment.
Please allow time for the credit to appear in your account.
